We will send someone to inspect your requested entrance and follow up with you on whether your requested location is approved, needs to be relocated, and what size tile you need to purchase and install to comply with regulations.

All repairs done by utility companies within a county-maintained road or right-of-way as an "emergency" require a permit to be completed. Emergency repairs done by utility companies should be few and far between; however, they still require a permit to be completed within 24 business hours, accompanied by all requirements. Please note that prior approval is to be received by calling the road superintendent directly, even after hours, before any cuts into the road can be done.

**Failure to comply with ROW rules and regulations as outlined may result in unpermitted utilities being removed from county-maintained rights of way with all costs taxed to the utility provider or subcontracted installer**
